Ok so my ac compressor was leaking and we had it replaced. The ac was working great for about 2 weeks then I noticed that it was only cool when I was accelerating, then it jyst stopped getting cool. Took it back to the shop and he check for leaks ..none..so he released the refridgerant and recharged it again, now and once again it seemed to be working fine. He told me to bring it back if I have any further issues. Well low and behold the samething is happening again. Any idea on what it could be if there is no leaks? My engine coolant level is fine and the refridgerant isnt leaking

 

The AC coolant valve has junk on the screen so there is pressure to push through the screen, not enoughat lower rpms or idle. Bad part it takes alot of labor to get to it. Average cost around $600.00 hete in SC.

I too have this issue but I cant justify fixing at this time.
