Default Ambient air sensor wiring route

I am having trouble with my ambient air sensor. Replacing the sensor didn't cure my problem, so I am going to trace the wire harness back to look for damaged conductors. Is anyone familiar enough with the path the wiring takes that will help speed my progress? I assume the other end is some kind of body control module, where might that be? Thanks in advance.

The workshop manual usually has all this sort of info and pinpoint tests too.

Thanks Jag. I spent some time in JTIS last night and did get some information. The pair of wires from the sensor under the bumper hit a connector on the drivers (or LH) side firewall. I predict it is there that they pass through to the interior. The JTIS did provide a very nice pin out diagram for the module that it is ultimately to land on, but not a resistance curve chart for test readings. The circuit completes at the Remote Air Conditioning Module that is a different one than the head unit. I am hopeful that this module presents itself easily somewhere under the glove box. So while the routing remains in question, I can probably trace it easier knowing the involved components. Hopefully the wiring runs high around the engine bay and I don't have to lift the car and remove the undertray.

My ambient air reading is a steady 127*F

I purchased a new sensor and I'll be installing this weekend (along with an oil change)....

Hopefully it works, or I'll be breaking out my meter, I'll report back if so...

Thanks for the above information, I might need it!
