In all my years I have never purchased brake pads or rotors from a Dealer or Indy.

The Black S has RDA rotors all round, and EBC Green pads all round. A slight squeak at the front until I bedded them in. They stop, and I mean STOP.

The Silver S has RDA rotors, and Bendix GCT pads. Thats how "she" bought it. TERRIBLE pads. I have some EBC Green in the shed to fit when my current lazy streak ends.

The X300 has RDA rotors, and Semi Metallic pads all round, and superb braking, but dusty.

No idea about "standards" up there, but all braking components down here must meet a standard to able to be sold here. However, we do have some shady mobs that import all sorts of unknowns, but, such is life.

Since the OP is in Philadelphia, I'd suggest try to find some Centric brand rotors & pads, you should be able to get them locally, seeing as you need them on Saturday i.e. 2 days from now...

On Joyce's granny Jag (3.0) we went auto zone ceramics at all four corners. Great braking and very little dust. And I know, I know I elected to have the factory rotors turned for $10.00 ea.

On my DD which weighs in over 7,000 pounds, I also use the auto zone ceramics.
