I posted earlier, no matter the setting on my 2003 S Type, the AC is blowing on the windshield which causes us to have to run our windshield wipers. I can have the settings on floor, regular vents, whatever, and it's always blowing on the windshield.
I took it to the dealer and they wanted at least $1400 to replace the mixer. I'm checking on other local shops.
Any experience with this? Thanks.

 

I think it's very rare.

Sounds like they plan to replace the actuators - which you could DIY if you wish. Good details in the workshop manual / on TOPIx (see TSB JTB00066 i2)
