The screen displays in my 2002 Jaguar type S 3.0 "AUDIO MUTE", this warning isn't permanently, it's comes and goes, and sometimes itself change from radio to cd or tape, or change the station. I can't listen radio, cd, or tape. Please help me.!

 

I hope you don't have the touch screen that operates the radio! If not it could be the steering wheel control switch or wiring from it to the radio. Do you notice it changing when you turn the steering wheel?

 

Thanks Hlgeorge: in fact, I haven't touch screen. The "audio mute" appears in any moments; stopped, turning, however. I had notice that i's most frecuently when the car's temperature is low, every 10 or 15 seconds when the temperature is high it appears with less frecuency, every 1 or 2 minutes. I took out the card control radio, and it continues appearing.

 

It looks as though you may be using an online translator for a language that is not english. I'm having trouble understanding some of it. What do you mean by "I took out the card control radio, and it continues appearing." ?
