Bad running engine

Hi
I have an 4,0 V8 S-type from 03/1999 - been running 80k Km.
I have replaced all the coils and sparkplugs, with no positive result.
It seems to be misfiringor not firing on one of the cylinders (V7)
The are no fault indication/read out on the dashboard.
can anyone please help

Have you checked your wires?

Hi - Do you mean the wires to the coils ? - seems to be okay also the conectorsto the coils

now what?

HOW DO YOU KNOW 7 ISNT FIRING, PULL COIL UP WITH IT RUNNING AND NO CHANGE?

Hi
I dont know wich one it is. Cant tell whats wrong. Idle seems okay. its only when i'm driving
around 45 miles speed or when accelerating.
Couldt it be the gearbox?
