I had the same problem and it was a "lojack" type of alarm that was draining the battery. See above thread

Still not sleeping. ......

Now what's happening.....

If i leave the car, the alarm passive arms and the car won't sleep. Ive proved this through 2 days of testing.
But it doesnt always passive arm.
Yesterday i set the alarm off 8 times from the drivers door.

Today i will check last alarm data and see what/if anything is triggering the alarm.

Hi. I will try a shot in the dark, knowing this thread is 5 years old. My 2005 2.7 diesel has exactly the same problem. Power relays, removing of F33 makes sleep and alarm passive arms - all is the same. Was there any final solution to this? I suspect something related to the alarm system? Thanks
