Hi Guys,
Just sharing a cheap headlight result.
1st a rub with #800, then#1200, thaen #2000 then a handful of COLGATE from the bathroom!!!! on a polipad.
All done by hand 15 minutes each lamp. Hope this helps anyone with milky lenses. (photo attached)

Looks good. You'd need to coat the plastic lenses though, won't stay that way long if you don't.

My dad was a tail gunner in a Dauntless dive bomber in the Pacific during the war -- always swore by toothpaste for polishing canopies!

A good quality can of 2k clear coat. Don't skimp on it, get a decent one and follow the instructions.

If your lights look that bright, why don't your teeth look that good? BWAHAHAHAHA

No one has mentioned the simplest way to keep the lenses from UV damage: WAX them! Several coats of good (carnauba) wax on the lenses keeps them crystal clear. The wax does not, of course, repair cloudy lenses. - but once restored, the wax keeps them that way.
