Page 36 of the Vehicle Specifications (VSB_07_2004.pdf) has the info as well as the OWNERS MANUAL

Sometimes the 710 cap itself has the oil recommendation printed on it.

The correct viscosities are on page 37. Brand name is up to you.

 

I've got a 4.2 V8, but for what it's worth I use Mobil 1 5/30 weight and think that it's pretty good.

If you have just acquired the vehicle and since you don't state the number of kilometres/miles it has, it may be also best to change all fluids unless you have the service history of the vehicle.

 

I always recommend EVOO with just a hint of nutmeg....
