Default Bleeding Brakes-S-Type Questions

Hello!

2000 Jaguar S-Type-V6

When bleeding, can I bleed both rear brakes and do both front later or do I have to do a front to rear diagonal bleed?
Any other tips?

Thanks to all for any help.

Unless the vehicle manufacturer specifies differently, on LHD vehicles:

RR
LR
RF
LF

Did I say that? You bleed all four wheels in the order suggested.

There are no shortcuts.

NO SHORTCUTS.

You may be driving behind me with so so brakes, NOT a good idea.

People that take shortcuts with brakes should never drive a car in MY oinion, but then I am a "grumpy old man".

I just did my RHD Black Beast, and even for me (one legged, grumpy old man), with only a floor jack, took me 30 minutes.

It depends why you're bleeding them. If it's a fluid flush, it makes no difference when or what sequence any more than it makes no difference when changing pads or rotors.

If you ran the system dry somehow, it would be very adventurous to ***-u-me that one side or the other didn't also get air in it.
