Re: updating car phonebook.
When one of my contacts changes their phone number I update their listing in my cell phone. That overwrites the existing contact info in the phone. But when I use the updated phone to update the car, it adds a new listing with the new number and keeps all the separate old listings. In other words, the previous phonebook is not overwritten - just gets additions. And I haven't found a way to delete a single listing (by itself) from the car phonebook.
Did they really build this thing so you have to delete the entire phonebook first and start over to just update one number?
