I installed new brake pads on all four wheels of a 2006 s-type and now the brake pedal can be pushed slowly to the floor and the brake assist fault light came on. The rear brakes were adjusted by moving the vehicle and applying the emergency brake several times. The hose to the accumulator is connected at both ends and there are no fluid leaks. Has something failed or have I missed something?
