Today while out shopping, a young lad of maybe four or five spotted my S-type and came running across the parking lot with his granny in tow to have a closer look. It's always nice to see kids that have an interest in cars. Without touching (I was impressed!) he first closely examined then pointed at the leaper asking 'Is that a lion?'

'No', his granny said before i could reply, 'it's a Mustang. They don't put them on the new ones any more. Your grandfather had one you know.'

Oh dear.

I smiled.

She smiled.

 

That last sentence made my nose bleed.
