I have a 2006 S Type 3.0 and I am changing out the original interior dim bulbs with brighter LED bulbs. Is there a bulb underneath on the driver's side by the steering column? There is no light coming from underneath on the driver's side and I shined a flashlight up there and I cannot find a bulb. Does anyone know if there is a bulb up there on the driver's side for my 2006 S Type 3.0? There is a bulb on the passenger side underneath the glove box and that is easy to see and remove. But what about the driver's side? Thanks.

 

There is a courtesy light in the driver's side foot well. I had a difficult time finding mine as the bulb was smashed when I bought the car. Only going by memory here, but I think it is between the steering column and the kick panel, on the underside of the dash.

 

In my 2003 S-type it takes a T10 wedge bulb. I replaced it with an LED.
The bulb is located next to the hood opening latch.
