A/C Colder on Driver Side Vents

I can deal with my display sometimes flashing, sometimes off because the system works.
But why is the passenger side not as cool as the driver's side?

Because

You are low on freon! I had the same problem, mine was 1 can short....now it is a meat locker on max!

Or the DCCV has failed / is failing.

...or maybe the Dual control is off and the passenger side setting is higher.
