Have you tried the dealership? Actually, I need a new one myself. A chunk of ice in the road one rough winter tore mine up and I took it off, which later got thrown away during a garage clean out.

 

Even if a dealership can still order these belly pans new, they will cost you a tidy fortune. Much more affordable to take your time and source one at a salvage yard or from someone breaking down an S-Type for parts. Try Welsh Enterprises - they may have a few used ones for sale....

 

I had a hard time finding one and was calling a Bellypan too. That may have been part of the problem as they are called a Front Undertray. Several months ago I found a Front Undertray on the SNG Barratt web site. It was for a 2005 S-Type with a price of $143.00. I don't know if they have them in stock or for your year but it is worth a try. You could call them at 1-800-452-4787. Good luck.

 

I had a good look around UK Jaguar parts suppliers in the UK after reading this thread yesterday and as you say the correct term for searching is under tray or engine under tray. I found a few brand new and used.

 

They're hard to find both S Type and X350 models.

New is too expensive in my opinion and shipping costs will add to the kill.

I finally (about 3 mos of searching) found someone that had a parts car (06 XJ8) he was about to begin parting out and I was able to get (including bolts, brackets, screws) for under $100 for my 2004 XJ8

Persistence paid off but again, took a long time to find...
