Default Can't find a part number!!! - RESOLVED

Hey Team,

I've got a major vacuum leak that i've been able to patch together to get by. But I can't for the life of me figure out which part numbers I need to repair it. I need the parts to replace the line that runs from red circle to red circle in the picture, and possibly the elbow at the back as well. Can anyone help get me back on the road?!?

Thanks,
Josh

If I understand the question and image correctly, you are attempting to find the part number for the vent tube, which is XR839225.

Are you certain you do not have a leak from the crankcase breather elbow located beneath the lower inlet manifold? Those are prone to failure over time.

When contacting a Jaguar agency to purchase this, or any part, always provide the VIN or at a minimum, the last six digits of the VIN so your can be assured of getting the correct part.

That 90 degree elbow down there gets oil in it and falls apart all the time. Pull the the manifold up and put three coils in why you are there!!!

Default Step By Step

I appreciate all the input folks! I've actually done all new plugs, wires, coils, gaskets, and the elbow under the manifold within the last six months so I think we're safe there! The next step for me is to give this breather tube a shot and see what I come up with. Thank you all so much for the help this community is amazing. I'll be back with an update!

Well it looks like thanks to all of you wonderful people here in our community I'm up and running again. When I went to replace the vent tube I pulled upward and the connector below ripped completely in half. Turns out that was probably part of my problem! Now she's running like a charm. Now on to my next issue (hopefully the last for a while)! I have a DSC sensor that's bad I just don't know which one. Anyone have a trick to identify which one is the bad one?!?
