Cats Suspension Fault Error Message
Well seems as though the CATS Suspension fault light is back. I recently had the battery replaced due to the oddities I posted about on the Facebook forum. Drove to a friends house an hour and a half away and had no problems, but when I was 10 minutes away from my house on the drive back the light popped up on the dash.
This time I’m starting to think it’s a legitimate fault as opposed to the battery just being bad. I’ll use my scan tool to try and see what comes of it and what codes I can pull up.
What are the most common faults with the CATS on our cars? From looking at recent forum posts about faults on our S Types I’m aware of some sensors on the front control arms but don’t know much else about these.
I’m more familiar with the X350 system as I had a XJ previously. Any help and tips are appreciated.
My S Type is a 2006 S Type R

I believe so. It scanned all modules but no chassis codes popped up. I’ll have a Jaguar friend of mine who has a shop check it out if I can’t find anything with the pins you’re referring to at the top.
