CD Changer compatibility?

CD Changer compatibility?
Please can anyone tell me which CD Changer/s are compatible with 2006
S Type (USA-Not premium radio). I have seen a few Jaguar CD Changers on E-Bay. I don't want to pay $900+ for a new OEM changer. Some say that the XJ8/X Type changer is compatible?
From which year onward would one of these changers fit my 06. I might consider the an ACM IPOD accessory in place of the changer. How much are these available for and are they easy to fit?
