Changed the spark plugs under the intake and now it’s shaking and on MIL

I think it could be the wiring cause when unplugging or plugging the upper intake switch it the same shaking
( I also slighting hit some harness wire with the wrench )

If you get an OBDII code reader, it will give you the code for your check engine light. I forgot to plug in the MAF sensor after plug change and it was shaking badly. You will need to clear the code after you solve your issue.
