Check Engine Light - P0301, P0401, P1131

Hey guys,
I had P0301 code six months ago i changed the spark plugs in hope that it would fix it however it did not, and i kept driving the car anyway just out of laziness, also, about the p0401 code, is it because i havent changed the oil ?

today i decided to change coils pack but when i read the codes they were these many.

any idea about how to resolve this issue and why these many codes?

It sounds like ignoring things isn't helping you.

You might hope they're connected - study workshop manual and think hard maybe? Otherwise just fix each
