Patrissa, an exhaust shop will be able to tell you this. What they will end up doing is poking a small hole in the exhaust system in various places to see if you have an even pressure drop along the system. If you have high pressure in 1 spot and the next spot has very low pressure, then the clog is between the two spots. The shop will then fill the holes back in with a welder.

You can try running a tank of premium fuel through your car and add in 2 bottles of fuel injector cleaner. If things get better, then odds are it is your fuel injectors. Some people may also recommend doing a "Seafoam" treatment to the car. If you are looking at doing this, let me know. It isn't hard to do, but you can also not do it right. Some people will argue that it does no good, others will say that it is the best thing they ever did. The one thing that I will caution you on is you will need to do this in a place where there is no one else around. You WILL!!!!!!! create a very large smoke cloud.

You could also unbolt the exhaust at the manifolds and see if it regains power. If so, the cats are likely clogged.
