Thanks Norri and everybody. I saw your question regarding which adhesive I plan to use. I guess I'd better practise what I preach and use only that prescribed by the manufacturer!

Jim and Gonzo have suggested doing a how-to installation post with pics and I'll make a point of doing that with before and after pics. I think the silver logo will go well with the platinum paint.

Here's a pic I took a few weeks ago, I thought the lighting and angle worked quite well.

The silver logo does sound a good choice to go with the platinum. Hope you're planning a Reverend Sam style video production for the installation.

Well a member with your years of experience and membership here means that only a pictorial write up + video to include all / any tools used, prices for adhesive, supplier details, before and after shots etc etc will do.....
