I understand you're attracted to her, but why don't you look at 2003-on? These came with the venerable and powerful 300 hp 4.3, much superior 6 speed ZF auto box, and revised suspension, etc. I'm certain you can find one for $5k or so.

 

The car looks nice but four pictures really don't determine how good it is. The price is good for any premium car that is clean and well cared for...That said, as a new member you really need to read up on the car you are interested in. Find out the weak points and then see if they are an issue with this car.

What you feel about the car and how comfortable you are with the gamble that comes with any used car that age and mileage is the more important question. Only you can answer that one.
