DCCV No Ground ?? Rad fan not running on high as well
My 2004 S Type Jag was having heater issues, I replaced the DCCV with no changes. I checked and I do have 12v at the DCCV but do not have any grounds at the DCCV. Also my cooling fan (radiator) fan does not kick on High when the AC is selected or running. Where do I go from here? Dealer ?
Im an Old School Technician but do not have the tools to test the different modules, any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
If no suggestion on how to repair or troubleshoot....then a suggested Jag tech in Central OH would be deeply appreciated verses the dealer.
