Default some updated pic of my engine compartment

Well slow process for me but seem to be gaining ground on my engine compartment. Only bad thing is this week has been a hot and humid with high dew point so nothing done all week. (A/C went out in garage, have a new one to install). so without further ado here are the updated pics now to figure how to make the size of pics a weeee bit smaller

took a lot of time and gallons of Greased Lightening to get it clean

they are silicon. got them from a store on ebay., if you want I will look up were I got them for you, or you can maybe find similar in you part of the world. I also replaced my vacuum lines with silicon ones from the same place and thanks for the compliment. after all that, next thing is to pull the gas tank have cleaned and tested, replace filters and new fuel pump and clean out lines and new rubber lines.

Looks great.

Thanks for the link to the silicone hoses. They weren't available for the XJS the last time I replaced hoses, but, they will certainly be what goes on my cars the next time I replace them.

Your engine photos look amazing, I wish I had the patience and determination to clean engine bay so thoroughly.
