Does 2003 jaguar suppose CAN bus?

I'm trying to find out if I can use DashBoss for my '03 STR.

I saw their "incomplete" list.

I really just wanted a scan tool I can use with my iphone.

elm327 WiFi version, apparently. I don't see why you can't use the BT (bluetooth) one but maybe another Apple issue?
