Dual Climate Control

My dual climate control is working backwards in that the left / right controls are reversed. I have become somewhat used to it by now but if there is an easy fix it would be nice to correct it. Any suggestions?

Swap hoses on the valve.

Like JagV8 said maybe something is hooked up backwards?
