Check fuses and connections.
Did you find water in the boot (trunk)?
What is the age and condition of the battery? A failing or weak battery can cause random DTCs to be set along with other electrical 'faults'. With the ignition in the off position, the battery should have no less than 12.2 volts across the terminals. It is best to replace the battery if there are no more than 12.5 volts across the terminals with the engine not running.

Check the bulbs and make sure you have voltage to it.
As for the window check the fuses but you could have a bad motor.
I guess you are saying that the mirrors are not working. I would need to check on what controls the mirrors but the fuse is the first place to look.
