Engine rattling sound - S Type V 8 -120K miles

Hey guys,
I ran out of oil. I filled it but I drove about 50 miles without or low level oil. After filling I am hearing rattling sound . When I accelerate, I am getting more sound. Could please solve this sound and tell me what will be the possible problem... Thank you

No offense, but I would expect that major engine work, or a replacement engine is in your future. How did you manage do drive the car without oil in the engine...?

Chances are you have excessive play in the rod bearings due to low oil pressure for a period of time. (need to stop driving it in order to minimize repair costs)
