Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the bumpers (front and rear) from a facelift S Type (2004 onwards) will fit a pre facelift 2002 car?

Are the rear sensors similar. On my car they sit proud of the bumper, I'm assuming everything that connects from behind is the same.

No.

The lower rear panel, rear side panels, boot/trunk lid, even the rear lights are all a different shape.
The radiator suport panel, as well as the bonnet/hood and the front grill are also a different shape.

All the inner bumper moutings, inner beams, crash structures and lower covers are also changed.
