How do I find fault code PDF's in stickies and JTIS?

If you only need the fault code list without having to install JTIS, here it is:

S_TYPE_2003_MY_DTC.pdf

If you already have JTIS installed, click on the DTC button (circled in red) and then select Model (arrowed green) and Year (arrowed purple) for the appropriate listing.
