Default Flickering headlights

I found a similar post, but since it was for a different model car, I was asked to repost in my model's forum. So here it is. While driving the interstate the other evening, I noticed a flickering / dimming of both my headlights. I had this same problem about a year ago and found the problem to be a loose battery terminal. I checked the battery again, and all is well there. The other post mentioned it could be a relay switch. It doesn't flicker when I hit bumps or anything like that, it's just sporadic. Any tips or suggestions?

Default Lights Flickering

Over the last several months, my STR's lights began to flicker every so often (...head lights, dash lights and navigation screen).

Recently, the head lights began to stay on but would turn off by simply touching/wiggling the turning signal stalk. Then, last night, the headlights would not turn off until the battery was disconnected. This morning, after reconnecting the battery, the head lights and dash lights would not turn on at all.

I removed the steering wheel and checked all wires and connections to the turning signal stalk. All were good so I'm replacing the turning signal stalk and will let you know how things turn out.

Can you post the part number and cost when you change it out?

I'm purchasing the part from Rock Auto and they list the Alternate/OEM Part Number as SW9351 (cost $162.99). I will likely not be able to install the part for 10 days as Im away on travel.

The new turning signal stalk arrived early and all exterior and interior lights work properly now with no flickering.
