Default Fluid drip front right - S Type R

H- - S-Type R - have small fluid drip from front right of car. (just in from and to the rear of the front right wheel)
Seems to be oil, but not sure - not water!
Have looked down from under bonnet, but I can't see any issue.
Advice appreciated please

You have six potential types of a fluid leak:

1. engine oil
2. transmission fluid
3. coolant
4. screenwash
5. brake fluid
6. A/C condensate drain

If you can't identify the source from above then it's time to investigate from beneath.

May vary LHD / RHD too.

You can usually figure fluid from colour (e.g. on white paper), smell, feel and if needs be taste. None are so poisonous that a small amount is deadly!

Default Oil? Drip

Thanks Graham. I am pretty sure it is not coolant, or screenwash.
The fluid drips from time to time in the garage - and seems clear oil
I assume that brake fluid and transmission fluid ay be coloured?
I will try to look from under.
I had a Jag Service 4 weeks ago - and I forgot to tell them about the drip, and they did not highlight it to me

Position where it strikes the floor is probably not indicative, given the undertrays installed on these....It seeps around til it finds an opening to fall through. You need to get it up and pull the undertray.

My bet is the engine cooling radiator has a leak at the right side lower corner.

aholbro1 and I have seen a few. Don't order the radiator for manual trans.
