I'm in the process of refurbishing the front lower arms on my 2004 s type r. I've pressed out the shock bushings and the main bushing but not sure how to press in the drop link bushings ( the little rubber ones ) once I get the old ones out. I've never pressed rubber bushings in only the metal sleeved types and wondered if there is a procedure or method to it ? I am worried about tearing the rubber .
