My S-type 2003 V8 have the sport package with a button on the console to select the sport mode. I have to change the two shock in front, the cost of that type of schock is 1400$ just for parts.

Couild i put a regular schock on my car ? with no hole on the top to insert the plug and the cable ?

Or where could i buy at low cost instead the dealer the cost of 1400$ it is because it come from England.
