Help. I have a front suspension question for my 2006 STR. When I hit the brakes quickly I hear a thud sound. Happens at any speed and when I just pull off and hit the brakes you can see the front tires move forward a bit even after the car stops. It also causes very bad tire wear on the inside of the front tires. Anybody thought on what is causing this?

It's hard to say but wanted to let you know the 2006-2008 STR's have front brakes that are only used on those models.

May not have anything to do with your problem but there are very few of you guys out there!!

I would let a alignment shop at least look at it. You did not say how many miles on the car but something could be worn.
