Fuel pump control module
My goodness that's rare!
If you post the Intro requested someone may upgrade you so you can download the free workshop manual.
(Or you can buy one off the net.)
I'm sure you've read what the few others did and tried that...

Do you have the normally aspirated engine? If so, scroll to section 3.4. The (single) fuel pump is controlled by the Rear Electronic Module (REM).
For the supercharged version, scroll to section 3.6. The SC engine has two fuel pumps. Fuel pump #1 is controlled by the REM. Fuel pump #2 is controlled by a separate Fuel Pump 2 Module.
I did do a search of the code in question, which is where I decided to test for power at the fuel pump.
When I didn't have it there I went back and checked the fuses which were all good and then switched the relay with another just to make sure it was good, and it clicks when the key is turned on.
I guess on the 04's they have a fuel pump driver module like the F150's do and I thought thats what it would be because they are notorious for it, but I guess this is a mid year change where they started using this REM instead.
Am I on the right track thinking that this is what it could be? I dont really know of any way to test it other than testing for power directly at the REM, but I thought it looked completely different which is why I disregarded it. I appreciate all the help guys.
