Is the RPM behaviour now OK?

If not, at what speeds / driving conditions does it do it?

Hello,

Sorry for the late late reply, unfortunately I didn't have much time to take care of the car so I had to drive it without fixing the issue.

And this was a mistake!

So, to answer your question, the RPM behaviour was not OK between 50 kmph and 70 kmph, it would oscillate, it would drop and then go back up. The car seemed to rock back and forth.

Yesterday evening (under heavy rain), the car stopped in the middle of the road. It was cranking, I was able to start it a couple of times, but it would die 5 seconds (10 seconds max) later. Also, the message "FUEL COMPUTER DATA ERROR" appeared on the dashboard for a brief moment a couple of times.

I pushed it to a parking spot. Disconnected the battery for half an hour, connected it back and cranked it again, it didn't help. Yesterday the fuel pressure at ignition ON was 56 kPa and around 90 kPa when engaging the starting motor. I measured the battery voltage, it shows 12,4V.

Today, fuel rail pressure with ignition on is zero (0 kPa). I suspected the rain so I checked the wiring connected to the rear electronic module. It has been taped and I could see a little dampness on the inside of the body but not on the wiring itself.

When ignition is on ON position, I can hear and feel with touch the fuel pump relay (R15) click, the fuel pump on the right hand side will make a noise as if it is sending (or suckiing) fluid.

I wish I had solved the problem earlier...
