Left side of the 03 is beyond the Brutal fix. Completed but still pointed down. Right side broken too, but the Brutal fix still sufficient for it. I ordered this today and hope to do some "baking" over Christmas:

aholbro1 - I fixed my 00 S Type headlights with a similar kit from Poland (per Brutal's recommendation) - very easy overall. Remove all internals & Heat your oven to I believe the lowest setting (175 - 200 degrees) - leave assembly in for 10 minutes and pull apart.

The only thing I did differently once I installed the new adjusters was reheat the parts again for about 7 minutes and put them back together. Overall - very happy with the new adjusters - what a difference.
