The cigarette lighter or the 12v plug in the middle consol doesnt work i changed the 2gascet yellow 20amp fuses in the fuse box on the passenger side still diesnt work neither and now my horn sounds funny or weeker then before. What r the fuses for them and y does the horn sound funny or weeker now? Help please

 

Not sure if this is irrelevant or not but when I got my STR neither aux plug worked. Checked fuse and it was blown, changed fuse worked for a day or two and blew again. Come to find out there was a penny stuck in the aux located in my console. Removed and changed fuse and I've had no problems.
