Default Help!! Need advise...multiple codes

I took my Jag to the local shop and it came out with more codes than it had when I gave it to them! GRR!! Initially I had them replace several items: the coolant hose under the supercharger, water pump, emergency brake motor, and hood release cable. While it was in their shop I asked them to fix the rich codes P0172 & P0175. I picked the Jag up tonight after months at the shop and it is running really rough. I get these codes:

P0172
P0175
P0300
P0302
P1314
P1316
P2099
P0327
P0763

They clearly didn't fix the rich codes. Is it possible that they caused the other codes with the work they did taking off the supercharger to replace the coolant hose or other work under the hood? Or is this possibly a coincidence??

As it has been in the workshop for months.
The battery may not be properly charged as you probably know when this is the case you may have false codes. So I would charge it first and go from there.

As per the rough running that can occur due to the ecu having lost its memory and it may need to reset all of the parameters.
I have read either in this forum or another jaguar forum on how to do this. I will look to see if I can find it again later.

Thanks! I will try this. Hopefully it will clear out all the codes!
