Angry Help parking brake wont release!

Ok guys I just finished up my rear brakes and when i got the parking brake fault i remembered i had to recalibrate the settings of the system so i used these procedures:

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ead.php?t=8750

its still not working though, it never disengages i dont think, it seems ok on the message board until you get to the repeat 5 times step at the end and then the error comes right back up and from the sound it, its just making a clicking noise

what can i do to get it to release and work?

id be happy just getting it to disengage so i can drive it to the dealer and not get it towed (an hour away)

fuse location and number would be helpful

thanks in advance!

Anyone, please?

Also, i know on my 7 Series which has the same transmission and parking brake there is a manual release cable hidden in the spare tire area of the trunk, i looked on my Jaguar and cant see one but im sure they probably built one in somewhere?

thanks again

Do you have non-brembo brakes? In my jtis manual, it has instruction on releasing the parking brake tension using tool 206-082 that plugs into the parking brake module wiring harness. I haven't seen a manual release yet, but i'll keep looking.
