You will want to cut out the stock resonator and put the 11385 as close to the cats as you can. Its a resonator with a built in x-pipe to give the exhaust an even tone and better flow. It will give you a little growl and cut down on rasp.

Bklynchris, I agree with QuartzStypeR, especially as your intended installer seems to understand the situation. The last sentence in the quote above says it all.

It's done! I had the Magnaflow 59975's and the 11385 installed yesterday along with a Mina intake and so far, no CEL! I drove it about 70 miles so far and gave it significant throttle, but not WOT...yet. Nice mods, I can feel and hear the difference. One thing to note, she does seem to idle a little rough...Maybe the ECU needs to "get used to" the new air flow, I don't know. I'll pay attention to it and see if it goes away. I plan to drive a couple hundred miles today just to check things out....

Good news, and thanks for the update. Looking forward to hearing your final thoughts after those 2 hundred miles. Questions:
  1. Did your installer place the O2 sensors 2" or more away from each cat?
  2. Did your installer place the 11385 right behind the cats as suggested by QuartxStypeR?
  3. Did your installer use an extender for the after-cat O2 sensors?
  4. What's the cabin noise like compared to OEM?

Hi Robinb, I sent my installer the link you provided, which I believe he read. When I picked up the car, it was already on the ground and finished so I can't say where exactly he placed the O2 sensors, but I haven't gotten a CEL yet so I have to assume he did it correctly...as the link pointed out. I do believe he placed the 11385 where the original H-pipe was. As far as cabin noise....it's about the same...maybe slightly louder, but the tone is deeper, like a growl. I like it!! The best part...she's quicker...noticibly quicker. I can honestly say the mods were well worth it. And thank you for the info you provided!!! It was very helpful and I was very pleased on my little excursion when I went WOT and no CEL....just a very, very nice burst of speed.!!
