How do I access the passenger side fuse box???

How do I access the passenger side fuse box???
Manual tells me to press on the "lug retainers" and lift...where exactly do I find these lug retainers? Been staring at the thing for the last ten minutes, and have not found a single thing that even looks like it can be "pressed"...
