Hi guys,

I have a 2003 S-type 3.0v6 which i am very happy with

One small problem I'm experiencing is that after about 10 secs of the interior lights being on, they start flashing randomly. Engine off or on.

It happens when the doors are opened, or when you manually turn the interior light on using the button.

Its all interior lighting, including the safetly lamps in the doors. Doesn't seem to affect the boot (trunk).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Swap the relevant fuses around. Then the relays. If it's not one of those going bad then you're into wiring next

 

Fuses, all ok. Relays - will check when i do the stereo. Wiring - Think i could live with it! Cheers for the answer pal,

Make sure you actually swapped the fuses. They can fail in odd ways!

 

Will do . Must admit, just checked to ensure they all "look" ok.
