Well I took my car into the Jag Dealer regarding my hids headlights pointing low, and they tried to charge me $500 for some computer program, plus new sensors. They recomended me If I really wanted to solve the problem, I need to get new assemblies for $3000 incl labor. People there were very rude and arrogant.I called Jag customer service, and they say Select Edition doesnt cover Headlights period. However It says this in the Select Edition Passport Book that "Headlamp Aiming" is not covered but doesnt say anything about headlights themself which is completely deceptive.My dealer stated that also. While some people state they got their headlights replaced under Select Edition, Its not working for me. I would love to go to your dealership to get mines replaced under Select Edition. Jaguar is really messed up, its a shame. Everyone has the same problem with the Xenons Headlightspointing to the ground, and auto adjust or sensors keeps breaking. You can even look on Ebay, and every S-Type Headlights the auto adjust is broken, or sensor is. They know that this is a problem, but they refuse to fix it under warranty, and wants to charge hundreds of dollars, plus all these rediculous diag fees. I didnt pay them either after arguing with a idiot manger at the dealership. Nevertheless you have to take the entire bumper off to change the bulbs or to have better access to the headlights. My Mercedes Benz I could do work under my hood, change bulbs in seconds. WithMB CPO Warranty Plan I never get charged any Diag Fees, all my bills read $0 and things not covered under warranty my MB Dealeship made them cover it.Only reason I bought one is because of the high performance model S-Type R, andI got a crazy deal on it. But Now Im on the verge of going back to Mercedes Benz, where I dont deal with these problems, and the dealership covers everything under CPO, and all my bills read $0 and no diag fees. The last person who owned my car all their bills were pretty much $250-$900 and the car has Select Edition Warranty. I seen very few $0 bills. Everything else they paid huge fees which included diagnostic charges. A Jaguar is more complicated. Why they make it like that ? So they can steal more money from us by forcing us to go to the Dealership AKA ***********. This is rediculous. This maybemy last Jag I willown, and I am contemplating selling my S-Type R sooner than I thought. Now I see why people dont want a Jaguar. Any imput on this ?

 

Looks like I will have to fix these lights myself.
