Sorry to hear. Kinda makes me glad I don't have the auto adjusting headlights. All I ever hear is people complaining about them. I think I'm going to go aftermarket HID instead, but haven't decided on whether or not I am going to try and do anything about the projectors. I've heard some people retro lenses also with the HID lights for better output.

That would be me back to the original topic, sorry to hear about the way Jaguar has handled your situation. While I can’t say that I have the same problem, as you and a few others on these forums, I was able to adjust/aim my headlights quite a bit higher. You do not have to remove your headlights to adjust them, unless the top screws are stripped? At the present time, the headlights happen to be out the car so I took pics to show y’all where you can make the adjustments, using a 10mm socket, via the side screws. I guesstimate that you can adjust them about 3†give or take a few mm in each direction. Directly above the screw that I’m adjusting are the top screws, these allow access without having to remove the headlights, but for me since I had the headlights and I decided to utilize the back screws as they are easier to use. And if you do need to remove the bumper it isn’t that hard, just download the instructions, make sure you the right tools, and give yourself a couple of hours. Hope this helps.
