We have a stype here in houston that was done professionally and ive worked on it. The doors rattle big time, hit the back doors, are a royal pain to get in out of and just basically turned the car into a piece of ****

I've only seen these things in pics but it confirms what I thought - they can't make it that easy to get in and out the vehicle.

Such a shame. I'll have to cancel my order.

The striker and latch setup on a real scissor door equipped lambo is designed to be opened vertically. The wanna-be lambo door's you see retro-fitted to more plebeian rides never open quite the same way. They might be good enough to fool the casual observer, but their operation is much unlike the real thing it's amazing anyone goes for them.
