Let's post some pics. I mean, c'mon.
Thanks Jim . .. your right about the tailpipe's, next weekend project.
I did the Turtle Wax Ice System last weekend , it really brought out the black.
Hey Jaguarnaut is your front grill factory or aftermarket, I am liking that black look.
A Side Note . . . I hate the brake dust , I want my rims to look like reddrawf's . And stay
that way for at least a few days.
My question is this: how hard is it to change the pads out on a 2006 S-Type. And
What brake pads are recommended “functional and no dust”
Thanks

The turtle wax ice looks great Cajun............achin arms when you finished??
Reddrawfs rims...........I remember seeing a post of his in the detailing section......he takes his time and really pampers that baby if I remember rightly?

Biggie will probably know much better than me I would think, but are EBC Redstuff pads available for the S or not? Loads of us have fitted them to the X's and they offer serious stopping power and as they are ceramics greatly reduced dust. What there is of it is a very light grayish colour and easy to remove too

Jim
Very easy to change pads mate, and the EBC's are available for our cars. That is, unless you have an STR! In that case, shop around because I've never even seen rotors for that car.
I would have posted some real pics that I took with a real camera but I don't know how to embed them right into the post. Without photobucket links. The upload option didn't work for me.

There ya go igloo
What you need to do is......
In your reply to screen on the top right hand section you will see a little yellow envelope type icon. Click on that to open and then, your link as I have pasted below........paste that into the box and click ok!
Job done and victory will then be yours......eventually...lol

What you were doing was fine, just dont capitalize the img and url tags. If you put the link in between [IMG][/IMG] tags, sometimes it wont work. just minimize the tags...[img][/img] and you should be good.
Sure most of you have seen this already, but here you go again. What isnt pictured is my new chrome mirror covers, they look amazing, and I will have the new pics up soon.
