I replaced the 2-pin mini bulbs for the city lights with blue 2-pin LEDs. $10.

Bought the car like that from an asian guy. They are into anything that says "type r" for some reason.

Youv'e got to explain how you got your lights to look like that. I have to do the same. It really looks nice. 2 pin led's???

 

Pop the hood, look at the top corners of your lights for a tab. Twist the tab and the little bulb and wiring will come out. You can go to any auto place and get some LED replacements bulbs of any colour. Pop 'em back in.

They run such low resistance that they will appear to be on all the time, but very dim with the car off. Very, very efficient.

 

Is there a specific number or bulb size to buy? Thanks. Nobody really likes looking through those little books in the store.

 

It's the most common mini bulb there. don't be afraid to take it out in the parking lot and walk in with it in hand. VERY simple to match up.

Well, they gave me my car back...not fixed. Told me to take it back next weekend.

 

Hey, that sounds about normal! It's funny how they think that we have nothing better to do but bring our cars back several times for the same problem.
